1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once returned products are inspected.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for a replacement or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened CBD products, used vape devices, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
